Ok so I started this workout.
100 Reps to Bigger Muscles
Workout: 100 reps a day everday for 8 weeks. 50 in the morning 50 at night. On bicep day I don't do this. I do 100 in the AM and 100 in the PM, thusmaking it 50 per arm each session. Objet is to get the blood flowing into the muscle helping with recovery. In the article that I read it is important not to go to failure.

Started: Sunday Morning
My Biceps have always been my weakness, never full or feeling really really pumped except when I was on some light anabolics. So I went out and bought 15 lb weights. I do 100 reps of alternating standup dumbell curls in the morning and 100 reps of alternating standup dumbell curls at night. 100 each arm.
Today I feel pumped and my muscles feel larger. This is just after 5 days. By summer I am expecting some nice gains from this.
