So there have been a few posts on here lately about stretching so i brushed up on my stretching knowledge a tad. Read a few interesting pieces and stumbled across some info i would like to get some opinions on.
I read that stretching a muscle out (specifically the lats and the pecs) greatly increased mass and size along with strength training. Has this been th case in anyone's experience? And is there anymore evidence that someone could show me that proves this to be indeed correct? I stretch my chest before my workouts as a warmup technique along with 2 warmup sets, but I'm seriously considering stretching and flexing routines everyday if it helps.
