    Stretching

So there have been a few posts on here lately about stretching so i brushed up on my stretching knowledge a tad. Read a few interesting pieces and stumbled across some info i would like to get some opinions on.
I read that stretching a muscle out (specifically the lats and the pecs) greatly increased mass and size along with strength training. Has this been th case in anyone's experience? And is there anymore evidence that someone could show me that proves this to be indeed correct? I stretch my chest before my workouts as a warmup technique along with 2 warmup sets, but I'm seriously considering stretching and flexing routines everyday if it helps. What are your inputs on this? -nOva

Ive always stretched everything out at least once a day, twice if possible. I dont know if it does everything you read, but I do know it helps me with the tightness and the he****g process.

Stretching is a key part in training. The Doggcrapp training method focuses on stretching alot, guys get big off this training method. Do a search for Doggcrapp and read the whole article, I guarantee this will make you bigger.

I stretch all day long, and it helps prevent repetative strain injuries that I may develop at work. Stretching has helped me alot with my old injuries. My room mate and I have the same injury- a buldged disc in our spine. The difference between us is that I use AS and I stretch, and he doesn't. Our injuries occured at the same time, and I am ten days older (same age as him) and he walks like a cripple, and I would say that it is largely due to the fact that he doesn't stretch or work out.

Yeah i injured my rotator cuff a few years back and had to get out of martial arts after 2 blackbelts and a possible career. but after rehab and PT it isn't the same, but stretching and training really has brought me back to a level i would call "comparable" i am stronger now, but my left shoulder is always more sore than my right and it will crackle from time to time.

*(disclaimer) never sup someone if you are going to end up landing on your own shoulder*
