I read somewhere, that the stronger u are, the less training you are suppose to be doing. It said that because when you are really strong, in each set you do, destroys more muscle than a person with weak muscles, in which, it take longer to rebuild, thus if you did do that many sets when u were benching 200that wouldn't be over-training, but when ur benching 400, it would be overtraining.
So is this true?
