Just intrested in hearing everyons goals, or what they are working toward.
I don't think the majority of members are really looking for a career in body building.
I'm 6', 190lbs 12-15%BF.
I just want to get to a lean 200lbs, and have good strength at that wieght. My goal when I was 145lbs though was to get to 165 and be lean, so it seems to raise up when you get there.
I don't want to be "too big" though, seems the ladies like it better leaner.
So really mine is put on a little more muscle, maintain or reduce fat levels (keep the 6'ers showing) and gain strength.
