my leftarm is way smaller than my right

i have a conflict regarding symettry of my body

my left arm is smaller than my right
at first it was slightly however, now the gap is getting farther and father
now my arm is 1.7 inch smaller!!!!!!

this has been a problem, now my chest is going outta shape nor my lat and my shoulder

how do i deal with this:
this is my regular work out days
    mon: bi's/tri/fore
    tue: delt
    wed: lat
    thur: chest
    fri: legs/abs

i am thinking about adding a "left side days" doing all isolated left side work outs
will i overtrained my left side muscle making it even smaller???
how do i deal with this, it's 1.7 inch smaller now!

Synthol would actually work well and be effective here. Its primary use it to increase the size of lagging bodyparts. With the right knowledge of Synthol, its effects, how to use it properly, it could be a wise idea.

Is your bicep or tricep smaller? Which muscle?

im not looking for synthol use

im still in the process of "building muscle"
i want to match it up, can i add a day for lefthand?
    both bi, tri, delt

Your not going to look like Greg Valentino. I dont even think he uses Sytnhol. IMHO their implants. 'Big A', who is a IFBB Pro and used to post here says their implants. Many have used Synthol, he claims, to good effect to aid lagging bodyparts. Just an idea...

If you take enough rest, eat good, take your proteine, glutamine, creatine etc. you should not be affraid of overtraining... but all is in perspective.

One other option would be to train the left site with higher kg, and less reps.
    That should boost some also.

Synthol is not a that bad idea, it's actualy the best if you can not fix it with workouts.

    >_< i do see preceive your claim however, take a step back and see my goal: to match the size for both arms, not for competition yet, but for muscle growth.... synthol will not give me equal strenght gains and then one day my chest will be distorted

i was wondering if an extra of left side would be benefitial, or harm?

Go do some research and read some of 'Big A's articles on it and reports of others under his supervision. You obviously havent. Its a "jokers" drug as all you've read is that GV used it and see what he looks like. If you abuse it, like any drug, you'll suffer the consequnces. Simple.

When you are done with each exercise equal for both sides, throw in a set of heavy dumbbells for 3-6 reps on the left side only. Do this for a while on the lagging body parts for a few months and I think you'll see a change.

WHen you are doing arms, jsut concentrate more on pulling/pushing harder with your weaker arm. GIve it more "attention". Like on barbell curls, dont curl the wieght up unevenly, make sure you pull hard enough with the weaker arm so that the bar is straight and even, even if that means letting up a bit with the streong arm. Also, at teh end of your workout, add in 2-3 sets for your weaker arm. I would not give it a seperate full day though.
