    freaky peaks

for the last few months, ive been pounding my biceps and triceps, forcing them to go bigger. I do arms together on Fridays, and ive been throwing in an extra 6-8 sets for both tri's and bi's after my chest and back days (mon and tues), respectively. results have been good, and now im looking to add some peaks to my inner bicep. ive have started throwing in hammer curls, high-end cable curls, and i plan on using a wider grip on barbell curls. besides those tricks, is there anything else i should be considering? or in time, will those get the job done?

also, im well aware that genetics play a big factor in the way my biceps will look.

Are you saying that your working out your bi's and tri's 3 times A week?

As far as peak's they come from genetic's you can increase your bi's size but you can't create peak's if you do not have peak's in your genetic's.

If yuo don't have em chances are it's genetic. Best excersice for shaping and trying to get a peak is the Incline Arnold Curl. IMO

Once a week is all they need if you train w/the correct intensity. Breaking them down over and over again too soon won't yield jack shit progress wise.
