ok so lately here since school started back up i've been slackin pretty hard on the training and eatin an whatnot..and not to mention been partyin and boozin it up like every frickin night..so i decided to start a journal or training log if you will..
my main objective is that hopefully this will motivate me more to stay focused and party a lil less..i'll still be partyin just not nearly as much.. i'm gonna post my lifts for the day as well as the daily diet..as soon as i get some color back on me...(im super pasty right now).. i'll be posting pics..and hopefully keep on posting new ones every few weeks...hell i guess when i do go out and party i can post what i drank too..just to see ya know...i dont really mind if no one pays attention to this log i'm just gonna try it out..so starting tomorrow mon oct 2nd i will try once again to have a real bulking off season...i'm gonna be doin a hybrid style dc method for the first month w/three times a week workouts..then prolly a month from now i'll modify it up a bit depending on how i feel..
as far as supplements for now i'll be sticking w/aminos and pro powder..then after a while i might throw in some sort of creatine no2 stack..i guess we'll see..
for this first week i dont plan to eat a ton cause lately for like the past 2 months w/all the boozin and whatnot my body has been satisfied w/a couple of sandwiches and some cereal for the day so i gotta get my stomach big again first before i start to go big again..
