My roomate has had this workout for a few years, it was on a sheet that was really faded and ripped up so I tried to be nice and retyped it for him. Apparently I screwed up and now he is really really pissed because he doesn't remember what to do and he insists that it matters. It is a word document and I will post it and if you can find a way to fix it, it would save me an ear full of bullsh*t!
When you look at the sheet, look at the 4th box overall, or the 2nd box in weeks 5-8 for power training. This is the box i screwed up because it's the same as box 2 over all or the 2nd one in weeks 1-4. He said it needs to be different than
Week 13-16's 2nd box too, even though it's power training. This was originally a Hockey player's workout if that helps at all. Thanks guys.
