    Bodyfat low enough for abs?

    http://img167.imageshack.us/img167/5145/bodgv7.jpg

Do you guys think it is low enough. I mean I run track every day after school and workout every day. I been working on abs for the last 2 months also and it's not coming out and I'm just getting really fustrated.

your bodyfat is quite low, you arent far away from a six pack. Abs are more a result of diet. If you try a strict cutting diet(lowering carb intake slightly while keeping protein high) you should see drastic results in no time. I too have a body similar to yours, even when bulking my abs are still visible. When bathing suit season comes i simply cut my carbs a few weeks and my abs begin to shred up. Go ahead and do a search on a cutting diet you should find many good examples.

I don't each much carbs at all. The only time I really take in carbs is for my PWO. But, I have been taking this new protein powder. Optimum Nutrition has about 24g per scoop and about 100 calories and only 6g carbs. I guess im going to just have to take in more protein from powder.

you should take in small amounts of carbs throughout the day not just during one meal. You should try to get as much of your proteins from lean meats(fish, chicken, turkey) as opposed to powders(although I too use Optimum Whey, its good stuff). Sounds like your diet needs some work. Look around the diet forum for a cutting diet.

I already read the sticky, but if my diet is that bad then I guess I will have to go over it again

Take a break and re-feed yourself. Your body might be soft or flat from the frequent concurrent training. If you are depleted and exhausted, you should notice you still drop some fat and harden up with a short re-feed.

How do you feel? Have you been training progressively? If you haven't been making any strength gains and feel like shit - you deffinitly need a break with a short re-feed.
