Hi i have a question about my cardio routine possibly causing me to overtrain.
I lift with a 2 days on 1 day off scheme seperated by doing, doing 2 to 3 muscle groups each workout. I only do cardio 2 times a every 6 days for about 25 minutes at fairly light pace because i am very lean how it is and really just do it to keep my cardiovascular system up and running and healthy, and i hate doing my cardio on days of workouts(before or after) because it messes with my pump On my off days i usually do cardio. so including cardio i usually work out 7 days a week. I actually enjoy working out like this because there is something i like about being active everyday that i feel benefits me but i was wondering if this could come back to bite me in the butt as overtraining may accumalate if this is a problem. Anyone have any thoughts on this thanks.
