I do back on monday and chest tuesday and I dont have that problem, both are getting stronger each week. Are you working them more than once a week?
i do legs in between.. it helps a lot.. even better..
monday back/bi
tuesday cardio
wed leg
thursday chest/tri
frid cardio
sat back/bi
sunday off..
then switch
mon leg
cardio
etc..

I've never had that problem. I usually do chest after back or vice versa, pulling routine the day after a pushing routine. It may be nothin but if you think it helps then do what spywizard does and put legs inbetween or rest a day before training chest. Or try doin chest before back and see if your lifts are affected that way.
