    Uber new routine

The way I made this routine was basically, as the week went by, I had to see what I can do each day. Then next day see how I felt, what was hurting what was not, and what was the most efficient workout I could do that day, If I couln't do a decent lifting, I would put a note that his needs to be a day OFF. So here is what I came up with. A perfect routine for Uber

    Day1: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders/Very light legs
    Day2: Back/Biceps
    Day3: OFF
    Day4: Very light Legs
    Day5: Legs/Chest/Triceps/Light shoulders
    Day6: Back/Biceps (no deadlift here)
    Day7: OFF
    Day8: Very light chest

Cardio: 5 times a week in the morning, 30-45 min elliptical.

    DIET: 3300-3400 cal/day

DC training is an advanced training program, you train your whole body in 2 sessions, but for every bodypart you pick one exercise and do like 3 or 4 warmup sets then one very very heavy working set, maxing out to the fullest, and the goal is to switch up that one exercise for each body part every three workouts, then the rotation repeats, people have gotten great gains and it's strictly a 100% diet 100% training routine, you can't do it without diet and training at 100%, and it is only recomended to advanced bodybuilders with years of experience under their belts and if all other training programs have been used to exhaust

Oh wow, well I didn't know that. I just came up with it by simply tracking of what I can do each day. The point of having the "very light" days is to keep the muscle warm all the time, before the heavy days come. Seems to work great. As far as intensity, I stay pretty high at 80-90% max ***ending on the exercise.
    %100 diet, %100 lifting.
Experiencewise, well only about 4 years... learning basics for first 2, then got into some more details, nutrition etc... serious training for past 5 months.
Now it's this routine plus a strict diet.

    Thanks for the info!
