65-75MHR 35 Minuets preferably on a empty stomach first thing in morning
You need to loose fat from the entire body not just your belly.
Is it ok to do this pw. What im trying to do is gain muscle but lose fat but only problem area are my lower abs. My abs area seems even bigger could be bloat from anadrol not sure. Yes i did clean up my diet up alot also.Originally Posted by S.P.G
