it seems you strength shot past the ability of your joints/tendons to handle the weight. I think if you continue, you are going to get some form of injury. Adding deca is a thought but it'll take another two weeks before you fully feel the lubricating effect...which means you would be 6 weeks in. If you can get a hand on it, it's really up to you... either that, or you can just lower the weight, keep a strict form during exercises with slow controlled movements and don't allow momentum to come into play during your reps, which places alot of shock on your joints.
