I know this has been posted b4 but one of my pecs is lagging behind the other in size development. Using the barbell...my right side takes more of the benefit though both sides seem to work evenly. I cannot discontinue the bb presses though bc they produce so much growth and strength so much more quickly than do dumbells. I have been told to use db's to cure this...and I did a chest workout consisting entirely of dumbells and only dumbells today...but the majority of the time it will be barbell ebcause my body overall responds better to bb. my remedy has been doing flat db presses for about 3 sets with just my left side at the end of my workouts. My question is this....should i use one arm dumbell presses....or simply use just my left side with a hammer strength machine. my gym has flat bench lying down hammer strength machine for chest....hammer strength chest press seated upright...and one hammer strength "wide chest" machine. all can be done usuing just one side..my question is this....which one is probably the best way to catch it up?
