take a break from working out?!
i read in a magazine somewhere that you need your break once in a while to let your body COMPLETELY rest from all the workouts you give it on a daily basis week after week after week....
i want to try this out, but i hope im not reading this wrong....
ive been working out for about 4months STRAIGHT without breaking ONCE !!!
so THIS week im not going to the gym at all, but i am still doing my daily cardio and my ab crunches, with an occasional night of the "Perfect Pushup™" here and there, but thats about it
i was wondering if this information is true? do you guys actually have breaks from working out? i read it in a an M&F Article "Too much can be bad" and it said you should take a week off..... i hope im not messing up my routine, but i have been going to the gym RELIGIOUSLY for 4months now
so... what do you guys think? am i entitled to a week off? or this applies to ppl that have been goin to the gym for years? and if so, how often do YOU guys take your breaks?!
