I was wondering if this ever happened to any of you!

So, with my diet I eat good 3600-4000 calories a day, every 2.5 - 3 hrs.

I get hungry about 2 hrs after each meal.

Well what happaned last time.. I missed my last meal before bed...

Slept wayyy too long, 10hrs... I woke up late.. missed my usual breakfast!

I got up and went to do my workout before breakfast because I didn't want to totally F up my day. Normally I NEVER lift before food, NEVER... I don't know what the hell ... Anyways, I guess it was too late..

Here is what happened... I did my elliptical for 15 min, then hit my legs, back and biceps.

After training I was about 14hrs without any food intake whatsoever.

I left my basement, as I was walking up the staris.. I got so damn dizzy, and started to black out. I freaked out... I held to the wall for couple of secs... and I tried to rush up the stairs... man I got to my living room and I freaking COLLAPSED!

My sister freaked out! She helped me to get off the floor and onto my couch... I was so damn dizzy, felt so weak and felt extreme hunger. It was so bad that it almost made me throw up! All withing minutes after workout.

All I wanted is FOOD and HOT tea right away... so my sister helped me out with this ... I swear ... about 15 -20 minutes after meal... I was back to normal.

Just wanted to share this with you.

This is crazy, I got scared.
