    clen protection

    hi guys

about to start a cutting cycle of liquid clen-- was wondering a few things
ive heard it can be damaging to the arteries, are there any ways of avoiding this?
i was going to follow the standard routine for dosage, starting at 20mcg, ramping it up by the 7th day to my max 'comfortable' dosage, then tapering it off by the 14th day
as for supplementation i was going to be taking:
    multi vitamin
    fish oils
    3-5g of taurine @ bedtime
    banana @ bedtime for potassium

any other ideas ??? any supplements that might be worthwhile to try to counteract the damage to cardiac tissue?

im no expert but what i would suugest you lay off any ECA stacks and MAKE SURE you monitor your heart rate and blood pressure. ive read almost all there is to read about clen but i have yet to come across any feedback saying they anyone has suffered from any type of heart issues. however, if high HBPressure runs in your family then you really need to be careful!!

guess you need to read more..people have different reactions to clen, but it definitely affects cardiac tissue..my bp was 160/110..my resting heart rate was 120 bpm and my EKG came back abnormal while on clen..it returned to normal but still..not a big fan of it and wont use it again..drink a shit load of water and take taurine and potassium..start with a low dose and work your way up

'The Effects of Clenbuterol on Skeletal and Cardiac Muscle of Rats when Combined with Aerobic and Anaerobic Exercise, ' Biochemistry of Exercise Ninth International Conference Abstracts, #117, p 75, 1994
To determine some of clenbuterol's actions, scientists at the University of Melbourne in Australia recently gave clenbuterol to laboratory rats at dosages of 2 milligrams per kilogram of body weight per day. Some of the rats followed a completely sedentary lifestyle, while others sprinted on treadmills or engaged in endurance swim training. Clenbuterol did have a couple of potentially positive effects: Sedentary rats which ingested clenbuterol had larger muscles than clenbuterol-free, sedentary rodents, and clenbuterol users also transformed leg-muscle cells from slow-twitch to fast-twitch fibres, a surprising change which would tend to increase anaerobic energy production and magnify muscle power during short, intense exertions.
However, clenbuterol also yielded three very negative changes. First, after just four weeks, clenbuterol-treated rats were unable to maintain their normal swimming or running training intensities, while clean rodents were quite capable of continuing. Secondly, the hearts of the clenbuterol-taking, trained rats increased dramatically in size compared to the hearts of sedentary rats, but the heart expansion was probably due to the infiltration of collagen fibres into the heart walls, not an increase in heart-muscle cells. Collagen is a tough connective tissue which doesn't augment heart-muscle power but in fact stiffens the heart, potentially leading to a decrease in cardiac output. Increases in collagen may also produce cardiac arrhythmias. Thirdly, clenbuterol rats suffered from noticeable cardiac-cell degeneration.

if youre gonna dabble in AAS or stimulants like clen, its probably a good idea to invest in one. I just bought a wrist monitor at my local pharmacy for about$50..it will give you an idea as to what these compounds do to your body

I did 40mcg of clen for 3 weeks and I always felt jittery and sweaty. I took my resting HR about halfway through and it was 106. I run in the 70's normally. Now I know everyone reacts different to any subtance, but its hard to beleive that some BB are using upwards of 120mcgs daily!

i've been taking 120mcg for about 5 days now... no terrible effects other than of course, the elevated heart rate, and shakey as hell. and fat loss... lol

I'm actually at 100mcg of Clen in my 7th day of the cycle and I feel good, not hell side effects (though the first 3 days were hell especially when clen was running out of the system), the shakes are kinda funny specially when I am eating, besides is the indicator that the stuff is working...

that works for some, but i know if i took 60 in the morning and 60 in the evening, there's no way in hell, i'd be going to sleep that night. even when i first started at 40mcg, it lasted pretty much until bedtime. that's waking up 8-10ish, and up 'til 12-1ish.
but try it out. it seems that it works ok for some that way.

the damage is way overated and came from very hihg dose I beleive. CLENBUTEROL has been used world wide for asthma for years.

yeah the damage is WAY overated i agree. i cool that we can share our experiences with these substances but we have to make sure not to go around bashing the product.....especially for newbies like my myself.

if youre trying to cut, eating a banana before bed is a bad idea..lots of sugar..creates an insulin spike and promotes fat storage..take some K pills before bed instead
