Cardio - High Intensity or Low Intensity???

Im starting a cutting diet this upcoming Monday. My diet is in check and im going to be strict as hell.

I have heard so many theories in regards to High Intensity versus Low Intensity Cardio. Im confused as to which direction I should go. I will be doing my cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I was either going to do 30 minutes of light jogging or 20 minutes of sprints (1 minute sprinting at 9.0/1 minute jogging at 6.5 on treadmill). I will be doing this 5 times a week.

    Whats everyones opinions/suggestions???

Im 5'10 183 and 17%. Trying to get down to 9 or 10% in 10 weeks.

low to medium intensity cardio is best for fat loss with minimal muscle loss in my opinion
i stick to the bike and elpitical machine but if you have to run just make sure your heart rate doesnt get to high
as for running in the morning i think is a bad idea to do on an empty stomach cuz youd go all night for like 8 hours without food and then go and do exercise so i think this would be davastating to muscle
this running in the morning thing probably has to do with the idea of glycogen stores being depleated and therefore more fat being burned, but you can achieve this by doing cardio either right after you lift or for me i just eat an hour or 2 before i do cardio
