    Talking Fight the Puffiness

    Some quick stats about me:

    30 y/o male
    5'7
    158lb
    15% body fat

When I was oversees, I did a 3 month cycle of test and dbol, in that time frame I went from 145lb to 206lb. I was huge but I had that "puffy" look. I am thinking about starting the cycle again but I am try to find out what I can add to help keep that under control. My diet is on track now with high protein and low carbs. I hit the weights for an hour each day and do cardio for 30 mintues, 3 times per week.

Any advice would be very helpful.

You were huge because you were bloated with water weight, not muscle. What does your current daily diet look like?

Take an AI with your cycle that will help keep the bloat down .you were more than likely bloated from estrogen which will make you retain water. That just part of the sides from test bro.

    Talking The Diet

I am consuming about 120 grams of protien per day. I also get in about 2000cal per day. I did some testing and I was told that I burn about 2200 per day with my job and working out. I am just trying to gain some muscle and trim some fat off. My goal is the following:

    5'7
    175lb
    12% bf

I know that steroids are not "magical beans", but I am just wanting to get a good start. With my career I can only devote an hour each day at the gym. When I am there though, I work my butt off!!!

I have thought about using some of "lions" products, but I am not sure yet. Most of his stuff is for burning fat only........I hate being a newbie :-)

Yeah, I dont think you are at the stage to be using AAS. Your frame should be able to put on weight naturally.

Yes an AI would help with the edema.

Holy shit you need to eat a LOT more protein... like 250g every day, and at least 3,000 calories per day.

That diet sucks dude... its physically impossible to gain muscle unless you eat more calories than you burn...

MAN, this is the average amount for a child, you have to eat proteins first to gain muscles, and as others said, you're not ready for AAS et, since your diet's not in check mate.

No need to get wiht a proffesional and pay ridiculous amounts of money that could be spent on food. There is a diet section here that will help you bulk up no problem. Some good sources of protein are leans cuts of beef, chicken, turkey, TUNA, egg whites (my new favorite!), etc... bulks cand be consumed from things like yams, sweet potatoes, potatoes, whole grain breads, brown rice, noodles, etc.... I guarentee when you learn to bulk, you will be PACKING on the mass!!! Like i said, go to the diet section and get the free advice that is offered, tried and true, then once you have an idea set up your diet and start eating.
