i think it looks good. somewhat famaliar to my chest workout. Id throw inFlat Dumbell Press and and butterflys too though.
I would personally throw in some DB flys somewhere between the four straight pressing movements... just to give the arms a break... four straight pressing movements would destroy my triceps. But if you have no problems with your triceps failing, it looks good =)
