    Best cutting/ strength cycle

    Ive been doing some research into the best cutting/ strength cycle. Currently

    6'3"
    230 lbs.
    13% bf

    I want to get down my body fat at least 5% while maintaining my muscle and strength. I am thinking of running the following-

    Weeks 1-10
    -Test cyp 2x weekly = 500mgs per week
    -Tren E 2x weekly = 400 mgs per week
    -Nolva 10mgs ED

    Weeks 10-12
    -Nolva 10mgs ED

    Weeks 12-14
    -Nolva 10mgs ED
    -Clomid 100mgs ED

    Week 15
    -Nolva 10mgs ED
    -Clomid 50mgs ED


    Any thoughts on how to run this cycle or experience? Also thinking of throwin in T3 and/or Var just dont know when to do so or if it even should be included.

    how old? I got down to 5% but didnt keep strength. youre going to have to sacrafice something. I ran something similar, w/ a little more gear and my bf% was about the same

    tren needs to be cut at least a week before test
    nolva on cycle will greatly inhibit gains

    anything over 25mg of clomid is a waste, only increases side effects.
    also your nolva is too low.
    also you have no AI.
    also i advise hcg because of tren use

    recent research has shown me tren lowers t3 to a supplementation of 25mcg-50mcg could be very beneficial
    also, run var the first 6 weeks to kick-start before your good shit kicks in

    i disagree, on test/tren/masteron/var was the strongest i ever was in my life at 6%-7%

    where did you drop from in bf%. I had a real similar drop from about 14% to 5%.

    180 12% pre cycle
    205 6% in the middle
    215 7% going into pct
    got hit by a car 5 days into pct, still laid up

    well i was 215 12% for a while but took 6 months off i just got burned out with school and shit.. didnt really eat enough.. plus i was lifting/wrestling/mma fighting almost daily... i ate about 6000kcals+...

    Outstanding gains!!!!!!!! I love to read this as I have just started a tren, sust, masteron course. I'm looking for strength mostly but -5% of body fat would be a nice incentive!!!!

    cutting cycle

    once i fix my problem with my nipples that i wrote in my last topic which i would love if someone could help me i want to get on a good cutting cycle i am 230 lbs and about 19%bf so i have a lot to lose if someone could kinda coach me along i have never done a cutting cycle just bulk cycles i am in the army so it would help to lose some more % off my waste if someone could advise me i would greatly appreicate it

    189 thanks for the advice. Do you think I should run more Nolva during PCT like 20mgs per day? Also could i run Var and T3 the whole cycle? Pros/ cons? How long can you run Var by itself?

    If your gonna run the T3 definetly do it while on cycle ( due to muscle loss ) and add some clen. I never run clen during cycle I have always ran it in conjuction with my PCT and as a bridge between cycles so Im not the most knowledge on on-cycle use. And I usually use 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid I like running both serms and seem to have an easy time during post cycle recovery.

    var max 8 weeks, MAX
    yes 20mg-40mg ed nolva
    t3 whole cycle but only on cycle

    Ok, curious whats up with the Var? Ive never ran it or T3 and I was under the impression that you could run it for long periods of time without much suppressive effect on your HTPA?

    The Nolva advice seems good thanks bro. When you said "sides" from the clomid was that the whole blurry vision thing? Or acne and such?

    t3 can cause serious problems and your not going to keep gains w/o proper diet. and if you have diet figured out there is no need for t3.

    haha yeah no one ever said it was gonna be easy... How did the tren influenced your cardio? It's amazing you managed to gain 35lbs while doing 4 hours of fighting per day.
