IMO, doing a cycle w/the not-so organized eating schedule you have will be a waste of time, effort, and money.
You can go to the diet thread and check some threads on properly eating/dieting. Your workout program is K, but it could be tweaked and overhauled a bit here and there but that's not your weak point right now.

1-4 Nolva/Clomid 40mg/50mg

1-6 Nolva/Clomid 20mg/25mg
Your choice... you're lacking knowledge on AAS; worst, on PCT and properly Dieting/eating right!
