I had a good bi workout Tuesday and my bis are nice and sore, and I work back tomorrow. With arms still sore will it mess up recovery on my biceps? Overtrain them?

see how your bis feel tomorrow. what is your split like? some splits make it difficult to rest related muscle groups more than a day. Like 5/2 splits. i use them and occasionally i am still a little sore going into a related day. concentrate on deadlifts(less bi recruitment) and maybe go lighter on rows(more bi recruitment), etc.
Mon-back
tues-chest
wed- arms
thurs- legs
fri-shoulders
