    New Routine Critique

    Current Routine:

    M: Legs
    T: Shoulders, Traps, Triceps
    W: Rest
    Th: Back, Bi's, Forearms
    F: Chest
    Sat: Rest
    Sun: Repeat


    New Idea:

    M: Legs
    T: Chest, Biceps
    W: Rest
    Th: Back, Triceps
    F: Shoulders, Traps, Forearms
    Sat: Rest
    Sun: Repeat


    Any thoughts?

    *This is basically to get my arms up because they are slacking, probably due to the fact that they get followed after I hit a large muscle group in my current routine,

    i remember you are tryin to bring your arms up

    you could do arms together. Bi's and tris.

    and do it first of the week before you hit other muscles. so that they are fresh and not worn out from back/chest days

    that way you can really hit them hard without them being fatigued already.

    m- bi's / tri's
    t-legs
    w-off
    th-chest
    f-delt/back
    s-off
    su-repeat

    Mon-chest/tri's
    Tues-back/bi's
    Wed-off
    Thurs-shoulders/calves
    Friday-tri's/bi's (supersetted together)
    Sat-legs
    This is what I would do to get my arms up to par.

    I run this same thing. I alway wonder if I should just split it up and do each muscle on it's own day and just work out 3 on 1 off.
