it should say on the amp/vial and the unit should be mg/mL

bro you have to know the concentration of the gear and do the math. I've used prop that was 75mg/ml and prop that was 200mg/ml. you aren't giving us enough info to answer anything.

If its 100mg/ml

A 3 ML needle goes by .25 (each line) so you draw below the third line {.75 of a ml} (the next line is the 1 ML line)

If it's 250mg/ml, then .28cc.
seems like a high concentration for prop though.

250/4 = 62.5mg per "mini line"

So draw a little above the first line [.25 ml] (not the 1 ML line)

i would also draw your prop, then cut it with some sterile oil, that way you don't lose the little bit in the area between the needle and barrel

not necessary but at that high of a concentration i would be cutting it anyway
