    350-400mg first cycle?

    Forgot to mention 350-400mg of testostorone

    What you guys think, does this seem enough?
    I am not thinking of doing a cycle in the near future, but trying to research.

    My testostorone is on the low end of the score by the way, if that makes any difference, produces around 35-40mg per week naturally.

    What kind of results would one expect if you got your training and diet in line?

    I like 400mg, and you should make great gains with the correct diet and training..

    400 to 500mg per week is fine for a first timer.

    Either way with proper diet you will grow.

    i think 300-400 a week is more than enough.

    300-400 is fine for a first cycle
    how long you gonna run it?
    Whats your PCT look like?

    Iv'e come to like lower doses. I'm doing 400 mg test week and am seeing good results. this is my forth cycle and 400 mg still is working good.

    On a side note, do you get more testostorone out of enanthate, then you do with cyp, because of the ester weight?

    But guess my PCT would be:

    Nolvadex: 20mg for 4 weeks.
    Clomid: 50mg for 4 weeks.

    I gotten over more is better !!!

    what is the bare minimum diet one could get away with on such a dose?

    2200 calories? higher bf would mean less cal. right?

    Now that is a fairly widespread question dude.
    2200calories could be good for a cutter (depends on your training, age, weight, bodyfat, and so on and so on...)

    this question needs to be asked in the diet section and you have to give all kinds of details of yourself and your diet (protein, carbs, fat) and so on, hope that helped..

    It matters where the calories are coming from.
