Yo whats up guys, this question is for anyone who is familiar with DC (Doggcrapp) Training.

I have been doing this routine and eating around 4400 cals per day for about a week now. I really like it so far, but whenever I workout chest I dont feel I work my chest enough. I did incline barbell the first day and flat dumbell the second day.

Has anyone experienced this as well and what did you do if anything to change it? Maybe incorporate flys or something? Thanks guys.
