I'll be starting my 6th week on test e during our springbreak, and I was wond. what effects this will have on my gains. I haven't drank at all since i started and don't plan on getting smashed everyday, but I will be having some drinks while on the beach. I still plan to get at least 3-4 good workouts in, and drink plenty of water and protein. My eating is what i'm worried about. Anybody have any suggestions on anything? Will this mess up my gains for the rest of my cycle?
