I have looked at the old threads, but there's not really all that much info on here or strories from those who have done it.
I did my first lot today, injected 6ml (200mg/ml) split up into 12 0.5ml sub Q injections. They were put above my abs, obliques and the surrounding area. Was a little time consuming yet painless apart from the usual slight discomfort from sliding the pin into more sensitive areas.
Performed a half an hour of cardio afterwords, seemed to sweat a little more than usual. Other than that no I'll side effects.
I also took 2 musashi fat metaboliser with carnatine before commencing the L-carnatine shts.
