Bro how many times do you eat daily?
Train for 45 mins a day 4 times a week. Dont do carido.
Eat every 2half hours, plenty of chicken, steak, turkey, potatoes, rice, oats, the list is endless.

20 is still young for AAS, you must check your diet.
yes i have checked my diet i just don tgrow dont know why everything on that diet page is about 1000 -2000 less than my diet is much more than that everyday well not the protien have about 200- 300 g protein a day

no i dont usually do cardio once in a blue moon i will
i train 4 days a week for about 40 min to one hour
At your age and training history something is wrong with either your diet or training programe, this is without question IMHO. Swap around your training style's, change your diet and see how you respond.
yeh could any of you actually plan out a lil diet for me maybe ill try that and see if it works just remmber i dont eat beef i am hindu therefore anything without beef would be good i just eat when my body tells me too and thats about every hour or so but if any of u could plan out a lil diet for me i could try it in check in again in a few weeks that be great
If you go to the diet section there are diets posted in the stickies and also Phate will help you out of you post for help, building muscle takes time and you have to find out what works for you first, best of luck.
