Thumbs up 7 weeks on clen B&F pics

I didn't change my diet much if any, I didn't do thousands of cruches; I simply increased my cardio to 30 minutes upto 4 hours each day on my bike. 6 days per week.

10 days on clen/10 days off clen for 7 weeks. I started with 20 mgs ED Monday thru Friday, then 40 on Sat/Sun for longer cardio days. The last two weeks I threw in Halo ED. 48 years old, not bad.

    On clen

Thanks for the comments guys. Yes, those are true before and after shots. I still did my usual gym routine, just added a butt load of cardio. The last day before the "after" pic was taken, I rode my bike for four freakin long hours and kept my heart rate around 135 +/- 5 beets. Stopped once to re-fuel for water and electrolites for about 10 minutes, then back on it. My weight didn't change much. The Halo worked well but the clen is what really seemed to help, but then again, I only took Halo for two weeks.

The hardest part was getting enough sleep, I moved my intake of clen up to 4:30AM in order to get to sleep by 9PM. The first week was the hardest, after that my body adjusted to it.

    Hey Ironman,

Amazing results! Are you saying here that you would take the clen at 4:30am then go back to sleep until whatever normal time you would have started your day? Or are you saying that because of the sides you switched your schedule to start your day at 4:30??

I would get up at 4:30 and take my clen then go to the gym for my regular routine. When I get home for work later in the day, I would do my bike rides. I found that if I took clen after 7AM, I had a hard time falling a sleep by 9PM

No, thanks for asking though. I should have clarified. I would do Monday through Thursday's 1 to 2 hours per ride. Take Friday off as a complete rest day, then take a 4 hour ride on Saturday and maybe a 2 hour recovery ride on Sunday.
On my Monday thri Thursday rides I would keep my H/R up around 135-145, on my long Saturday rides I would keep my H/R around 125-135

"up to 4 hours" I only did a couple 4 hour rides on Saturdays or Sundays. The rest of the rides were anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The main thing is that I was consistant and kept my heart rate at 60-70% of max. The purpose was to train my body to burn fuel from my fat stores rather than my muscle stores. I also only refueled with water and electrolytes.

I've back off on the amount of cardio now and only ride 3 days per week to maintain. So far so good.

wow 4 hours of cardio? did you still lift? impressive results btw

  30. #30
Yes, I still strength trained. I really didn't change anything including my diet except added cardio. I personally believe that my success came from keeping my heart rate in the aerobic state, not going anaerobic. But that's just my opinion.
