I eat
Meal 1: 4 egg whites and 1 or 2 yolks , 300 cals of carbs :bread or potato, 10 oz juice.
Meal 2: 45 g whey
Meal 3: 40 g food source protein(ie chicken, tuna), 1 cup brown rice, butter TBS
Meal 4: apple with 2 TBS PB
Workout recovery drink: 50g celltech, 25g whey
Meal 5: Protein 40g meat, pasta 1 cup.
Meal 6: Bowl cereal big lol, or peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Usually a little over 3000 cals if you throw in a few fatty snacks
