    Mass Question

Ok, like almost everyone here, I'd like to get as big as my genetics allow. As of now im 6'0 and weigh bout 220. i think im bout 12-13% bf. This is from weight gainers given to me by football coaches who i haven since parted ways with. I'd like to get back into physical shape even better than what i was before given the weight gainers. I was about 7-9%bf and 195. Since i want to both get big, have good strength, endurance, agility, etc. and look good, im thinking about losing some bf % to get down to about 8 or 9% by cycling a ECA stack and then making a push for more mass. Is this a good play or should i get another strategy?! please help me. PM me if you could to further help me understand this. Thanks guys!

An ECA stack will help you out, however the best thing to do is hit the cardio hard and make sure your diet is spot on.

thanks man im aware of that but should i start the eca stack 1st or should i get my mass up?! i want to get as big as i can but id also like to look good for parties and such.. so should i get the eca stack now or should i just try to jack up my mass and then do the eca stack?! or should i try both at the same time (i doubt it- just thought i should throw it out there)

It depends how big you want to get.
Why cut when you aren't as big as you want to be? Especially since summer just ended lol. Bulk up winter season!

So yeah, it depends how big you want to get and how important 6 pack abs are to you.

if your happy with your current body fat percentage then id suggest that you keep bulking to put on some more size then when you feel its necessary allow your self 12 weeks or so to diet down and lean up. Just pick one or the other man- Bulk for more size or cut for 6 pack abs

    goodluck

12-13% isnt a high bf. I think if ou have noticable fat then you may have underestimated your bf.

The best way to go about it is natural. Go to the diet section and get it in check and then hit some cardio

I agree. Besides, I hate stimulants unless its a sml cup of coffee. You will be amazed on how much the diet has to do with the way you look. Like jamyjamr says, 80% diet, 15% training and 5% gear.......

I say yes but it takes time. For example, if you follow a diet where your cals are at maint level or slightly above youll build muscle and shed some bf. But you also have to have a killer workout plan and have your cardio dialed in also.

Personally speaking, my tdee is @2900 and my daily cals were about 3200 cals/day. My workouts have been very solid and I have been doing 45 min cardio 4 days/week keeping my hr @120 bpm. With only using a mirror and scale, I put on just over 3 lbs and my mid-section looks and feel smaller.

Its like putting a puzzle together, if you dont have all the pieces, you cannot finish.......ya know??

Everyone is different. This is what works for me. Im 39, 5'7 and 195 with about 15% bf......

Everybodys different. You have to experiment. Some people can handle lots of carbs some can't. I eat lots of carbs and do very little cardio and still have 4 abs showing. Check out the diet section, the lean bulk might help.

And I am the complete opposite; I metabolize carbs insanely fast and pack the smallest amount on as fat is not used for energy immediately. When cutting I have to limit them severely which makes it harder for me to bulk and shed bf at the same time.

well im 19 about to turn 20. 6'0 220. I got these specialized weight gainers that were given to me by my ex football coaches(jackasses!) and made me heavy which they said is goo eventho it is fat it will be easier to gain muscle with. That is if i buy this that and the third which comes to waaaaay too much $$$! i had baby fat when i was younger and eventho i got heavy again, i feel like i can still move not as good as before i took that sh*t but better than when i was younger. I just have never had any problem losing weight until now. I feel fat as a pig eventho im not that bad and i need help from supps or w/e. I was under the watch from a physical trainer, a nutricionist, and a dietician and all and i still have not improve myself to my liking. Now i turn to you guys for answers. Please help me. Send me a PM or anything to help me out. I greatly appreciate it!

PS: I do ALOT of cardio too! I play 3 sports year round competitively and one of them is FUTBOL/SOCCER! and you know it takes all running and endurance for that!

    Thanks again in advanced!
