Am - multi vit, triple omg, vit C, taurine ( while on clen ), l-arginine/l-ornithine, 1cap kre-alkalyn creatine ( will start Monday )
Pre-workout 1 hour before - 1 cap kre-alkalyn creatine
Pwo - bcaas w/water ( powder form by o.n. ), 1 cap kre alkalyn creatine
30 min later - whey protein w/oats
Pm - fish oil, taurine, l-arg/l-orn.,
Before bed - casein shake
Im cutting right now. I have my food meals dialed in. Im just concerned about supplement placement......
