    when do you take your supplements??

    Im just looking for feedback on this one guys. Any reccomendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance....

    Am - multi vit, triple omg, vit C, taurine ( while on clen ), l-arginine/l-ornithine, 1cap kre-alkalyn creatine ( will start Monday )

    Pre-workout 1 hour before - 1 cap kre-alkalyn creatine

    Pwo - bcaas w/water ( powder form by o.n. ), 1 cap kre alkalyn creatine

    30 min later - whey protein w/oats

    Pm - fish oil, taurine, l-arg/l-orn.,

    Before bed - casein shake

    Im cutting right now. I have my food meals dialed in. Im just concerned about supplement placement......

    You are pretty close to what i do, the major difference is I take fish oil and CLA with every meal. Fish oil makes up the bulk of my fat intake in any given day.

    i use mutli v everymorning

    fish oil 4000mg every two hours with my meal

    creatine 5g and bcaa pre and post workout

    a full meal with carbs 1 hour before workout and 1 hour after workout

    ok, so it looks like Im good shape, great!

    According to my macros my daily fat intake is about 40 grams. My triple omg contain 434 mg of #3, 276mg of #6 and 170mg of #9. My fish oil I think is 360 mg/pill, Do I need more fish oil and if yes is there a specific time to take it?

    Have you ever thought about replacing the casein shake with a whole food product before bed then wake up in the middle of the night and take the casein shake? I dont have a "casein shake" at 2 in the am but i do eat,im already up to use the restroom,i drink 2 gallons of water during the day so i urine once in the middle of the night,so thats when i take advantage and eat again.

    After midnight my diet is over and I get up and eat ****ing cookies and ice cream......I don't give a **** anymore....I hate this ****ing diet.....

    LMFAO...OK now I feel better......I'm still trying to diet....The problem is I am gaining weight instead of losing weight.......I don't understand it.....My starting weight was 214 I dieted down to 197 and now i'm back up to 203......Maybe someone can help me out.......

    kinda tough at times with work schedlue and such. When Im asleep, Im asleep. Thats it....Like I mentioned in another post ( I think ), I picked up extra shifts at work so Im really against the clock so my food/meals have to be as quick and as easy as possible. I get home from work have a quik dinner, then about an hour or so casein shake and right to bed.....
