    Thought I should share

I have found a workout that seems to bring up my chest, which is my worst aspect.

incline flyes heavy, then when you can't do anymore, bring the weights (dumbells) together with your arms straight out in front of you - if your hands were not wrapped around holding the weight its almost like you are praying ow something - then with the dumbells still touching each other, lower the dumbells to your chest then press back up while the weights are still touching. it's like a closed grip incline press with palms facing each other grip. it really hits the inside upper chest. try it

Hmm I normally opt for straight sets over super setting, but my incline flyes fail in my shoulders being sore before I can finish off my chest, I'll give this a try next week... Seems like a good idea

i read in a Reps magazine another sick one u should try. its on a machine. do ur set of flies so 10-12 reps, then do mini reps just at the end of your range of motion where ur arms are both back for about 8-10 then bring the handles in close and finish off with mini reps out in front of you in a small range of motion for 8-10. burns like no other! (mini reps are like 8 inches of motion)

incline db press, decline bb bench, incline db flyes like i said above, adn flat pec deck. I switch off decline and flat bench every month or six weeks or so and rotate between db and bb frequently

    nope
tris can support a lot of weight and my chest flyes are only done with like 40lb dbs so I would have to up the weight a lot to work my tris

seems like a lot of reps to me. I always hold my flyes in contraction for like three seconds minimum and sometimes move it with a 4 inch range of motion at the very top.
