Cycle results, Average Body Fat %?

I just posted my cycle results in that section of the forum. Figured it belonged over there but since I'm also asking a question I guess asking here is more appropriate. This is the thread:

Basically I'm wondering if 17% after that type of cycle setup is high/average or what?

    Thanks in advance.

    Get your bf % down.

Well I obviously plan on cutting my body fat %. My question is if that's a typical result or not? It went up more than I expected, I just came off cycle.

Oh so as coming off cycle your bf shot up that high... pends on how clean your diet was..... Clean bulk.. dirty bulk... Obviously will put a higher bf % on with a dirty bulk.

I believe results would depend on diet .
Bulking cycle might add where cutting would just do that .

    Don't worry about numbers .
The mirror is what should talk back to you .

If your in the middle of a PCT I wouldn't be comparing myself to others .
Don't need any negative feed back .

    I feel as it's easier to go from 17% to 12 % than it's to go from 12 % to 11%
    Just my 2 cents .

    Good luck

My diet was pretty clean I thought...

I posted it in the thread I linked to in my original post, along with my cycle results, workout, stats etc.

4348 calories, 24% fat, 39% protein, 37% carbs. That was the best I could do with my budget and my work routine, which is pretty grueling. It's worth noting I would usually only get one shake in PWO, missing my morning one, that's 570 calories, 6g of fat, and 75g of carbs.
