I'm looking for a place to live and I find this apartment that I love cause I have a friend living in thebsame building, but they go for alot more than the guy was offering it for , anyways broken enlgish wanted me to make WU deposit for the keys ( he was supposedly away in Calgary, where he is not ) got a fake cheque took a pic and told him that he would be contacted by my family so that he could change the cheque and make the xchange for the keys.

Said and done he said he "was too busy"

Anyways the only thing my lack of computer savynes allowed me to do was to loom up his Internet header and his ip 212.162.1.124 shows up as from Sofia bulgaria, anyways I'm digging a little more and if u go to this page http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-206-666-3281/2 you can see all the things the guy has been doing even molesting 13 year olds and asking them how big their titties are, threatning people to rape and what not (you can read for yourself) anyway In the past I have been atempted to scam a couple 5 times in the las 6 months probably the 419 the lottery from china jobs u name it ... I urge u guys to please help me bring this mtf down .

You would be better of telling your local authorities then getting us to do it. They are better equiped to handle these types of siutations.

Hummm well I tell you wat. I know a person who tracks the email address and all but he charges some $$ don't know how much but one of my friend on internet gave me hisaddress coz he used his services. Damn I have to find his address.. Lol over 1200 contacts in my email address book.

Its not as easy as that, You "may" be able to track his IP back to his ISP.
But, then you would have to get the local authorities to get the ISP to provide details.
If he was smart , he would be surfing from a anonymous server, so to many variables to track, unless you have the law behind you.

However the top level domain name "level3.net" is being masked by "http://www.markmonitor.com" some type of corporate IT/security company which specializes in this practice.... you could contact them directly with the time and date and bring the illegality to their attention... what they do with that info is up to them... If they are legit.. they will bring it to their clients attention...
