I think you need to get a friend to take your pics. All kidding aside, now is a great time to start documenting your look. I have pics and diet sheets from all my show. If I want to know what I weighed and how I looked 8 weeks out from a show in 1996 I have it. This will be invaluable to you if you compete again after this. Every 4-6 weeks (2-4 weeks as the show gets closer) take pics of at least front and rear repose, front and back double bicep and a side chest. Try to take the pics in the same place in the same lighting every time.
