    forbidden foods...

because of the nature of my business, my diet changes daily, however i will shoot for 40-60grams of carbs and 40-80 grams of protein with every meal .
i will be getting good fats from fish, nuts and peanut butter.
post workout ill have 60grams waxy maze and 50-60 grams protein. for my last meal ill have very little carbs (slow digesting ).

im interested in the 'black' list.
a list of foods that are forbidden while on a clean bulk diet.

i know of the obvious, pizza, burgers, frys. im actuality interested to know about foods that spike insulin levles such as white rice, pastas, breads, potatoes, and so on.
much of this is simply common sense but i dont want to make any assumptions when on my cycle.

Pizza, the real one, is a great food to be eaten even while dieting.

PIZZA? You mean the one with the refined white flour? Which is devoid of almost ALL nutrients. You know the milling and processing of grains removes up to 99% of nutrients right?

Then on top of a refined grain with no nutrients that is going to skyrocket blood sugar with no chromium, vanadium or b vitamins to bring it into the cell for proper utilization...you have a wack load of CHEESE.

Cheese...well you can just picture that as glue in your intestines. You ever make lasagna and leave the plate without washing it? That cheese sticks on for dear life and you have to literally scrub it off...thats what is happening in your intestines.

Oh ya the cheese is processed and not organic either.

Than you put on SMOKED pork full of nitrites and nitrates which require molybdenum to be cleared from phase II liver pathways...but wait there is no molybdenum in pizza because all of the nutrients are gone.

Ya pizza is great for you its got all the food groups LMFAOOOO.

Its not your fault though, you have all been fooled...no one teaches you this when your growing up and no ones cares because its $$$.

You think your doctor knows about nutrition? Guess again.

You sir, are a dirty bastard..........

I usually eat pizza once a week (Papa Johns). I LOVE pizza. But that quote made me sick to my stomach. You sir, just removed a passion from my life.....

(Maybe that is why I haven't been under 230 in a long time)

    No more pizza for me

A bit off subject, im no expert but i dont think your body can asimilate that much protein at once. You may be wasting protein. I would splitt up into more meals
