    please critique my workout

    Please look at my workout let be know if it is too much, too little or just completely wrong.

    I am 5'9", 37, 242 pounds, have trained on and off most of last 20 years.
    i have been doing push/pull/legs several years and defiantly need a change to trigger some growth. i will be on test and tren for this routine.

    - before sets means super set 1.30 rest
    regular sets rest 2-2:30
    all sets 8 to 11 range unless specified

    Monday-lats/delts-
    5 min cardio w/up
    6x cleans
    -4x BB rows from floor
    -3x narrow pull downs
    6x db press
    -3x side lateral raise
    -3xfront front db raises
    cardio 15 minutes

    Tuesday cardio/abs
    5 min w/up
    -4x abs
    -4x calves
    40 min cardio

    Wednesday-legs/tris-
    5 min cardio w/up
    6x chain skull crush
    4x 20 rep deep squats (3 min rest)
    -4x narrow chain bp
    -4x JM press
    -3x press downs strip 15
    cardio 15 minutes

    Thursday cardio/abs
    5 min w/up
    -4x abs
    -4x calves
    40 min cardio

    Friday PX 90 stretch

    Saturday-chest/bi's-
    per week starting at week 8
    5 min cardio w/up
    6x bench
    -5x inc db flyes
    -5x EZ or straight bar curls
    -4x hammer strength strip flyes
    -4x hammer curls
    3x cable strip curls 15
    cardio 15 minutes

    Sunday

    Everyone has slightly different approaches to training....you have 20 yrs experience...you know how to train by now.

    For the last couple years I have been doing the push / pull routine as it seems to be the most efficient and safest for the joints.

    I think that even though everyone may train a little differently we would all agree that changing your routine every so often is smart...so, I think that you are doing the right thing.

    And no I would not say this is overtraining since you will be on gear.

    Overall I would say it is hard to go wrong when you combine intense resistance training, solid nutrition and anabolics....
