been training for just under 2 years and have been training 3 times a week,
mix up exercises every 6 weeks or so, at the moment it goes
monday- chest,tricep
tuesday-rest
wednesday-back,bicep
thursday-rest
friday-shoulders-legs
i am not happy with my arm size and shoulders was wondering if i increased bicep and shoulders to 2ce a week but a milder session so it would go :
monday chest,tricep,2 shoulder exercises
tuesday-rest
wednesday-back,bicep
thursday-rest
friday-shoulders.legs and 1 bicep exercise ??
each exercise i do is 3 sets or 8-12 reps
