Just started a course of sust 250 today over 6 weeks with hcg. I need a good routine for bulking up. I'm 6ft 4 inchs tall weighin around 155 pounds.
i definatly want to put alot of muscle on my back shoulders and chest. obviously all the other muscles on the body to, but more so those three.
if u cba typin me out a routine (which i wouldn't want to do either) then are there any good sites with routines for putting on mass with anabolics? all the ones i've seen are just basic routines for people who arn't on steroids so they're like twice a week workouts.
