could someone give me the max heart rate calculation please
well i just found my formula and it says 220-age @65% well im 37 and that would mean i need to be at 118 bpm which seems pretty low to me...........
anyone?
65% is fat burn (low intensity) and 80% of your 220- age is cardio (high intensity) i usually hover around 150 (75%) and then when "sprinting" get it up to about 170 (85%)
works well for me ... but make sure the machine works right ... stupid cheap machines some times can fool you
