    Before and After

    Hi all

    Thought i would share b&f pics, these pics are from about 12months ago just wanted to hear your thoughts if i was on the right track, and also thought about competing but dont no if i have what it takes or would i just be wasting my time?? all coments welcome good or bad, just never had any1 critique me b4
    currently just started training again had to stop due to a bicep tear and have only just found the motivation to start again

    (all natural)

    Height 5'10
    waist 28"

    eating around 3400 cals a day (eating every 3 hrs) Very fast metabolism, i losing fat the same time as gaining muscle

    first pic 69kg

    second pic wk 9 - Not sure on weight

    third pic wk 14 - 78kgs

    Definitely making gains, shoulders are clearly wider, chest is much more defined. You say these pics are from about 12 months ago? Do you have current pics for comp?

    Mate i havn't touched a set of weights in 12mths stopped eating and lossed all gains, since i had the bicep injury.... just starting to get back into it, would like to compete later down the track but dont really no anything about competing.

    9kg lean mass increase in 14 weeks? And you say its natural??? Looks great but havent heard of such a dramatic change in such a short period, first pic looks like you dont work out 3rd lookin good

    Impossible on 3400 cal for a hardgainer in that amount of time.

    mate its true, none of my mates believed it was natural either, dont no the first thing about roids, i did a bit of time a few yrs back where i was introduced to weights and got out with a bit of size, dont no maybe it was muscle memory? well i have lossed all gains now and just about to start again i will repost in 14wks holding a newspaper so you's can look at dates

    I noticed the lighting got better as you progressed, which can give the appearance of more gains than actual. Poor lighting makes it hard to see definition, etc.

    two different cameras, next one same camera same position and same time

    thanks guys for all the comments, some people may think its , i also found it hard to believe when i first read the program and saw his before and after pics, (Anthony Ellis program)(designed for people who find it hard to put on weight), the program worked well for me, started gaining from the start as i had very little fat to start with, my brother did the course with me and his results weren't as good, he acually lost weight/fat before gaining here is a link of the program i followed

    True, but I think the shoulders are clearly wider and much more rounded, despite the difference in lighting.
