Thought i would share b&f pics, these pics are from about 12months ago just wanted to hear your thoughts if i was on the right track, and also thought about competing but dont no if i have what it takes or would i just be wasting my time?? all coments welcome good or bad, just never had any1 critique me b4
currently just started training again had to stop due to a bicep tear and have only just found the motivation to start again

Height 5'10
waist 28"
eating around 3400 cals a day (eating every 3 hrs) Very fast metabolism, i losing fat the same time as gaining muscle

, i also found it hard to believe when i first read the program and saw his before and after pics, (Anthony Ellis program)(designed for people who find it hard to put on weight), the program worked well for me, started gaining from the start as i had very little fat to start with, my brother did the course with me and his results weren't as good, he acually lost weight/fat before gaining here is a link of the program i followed
