    Wow, finally asking a question after looking over this site for, well years. Let me start with stats:

    42 years old
    Can i say i love this site, it has helped me thru some tough times with my bodybuilding life.... 6 foot one inch
    215 pounds
    9 percent body fat
    i eat about 4000 calories a day......truth be told i stuggle eating, i have to force myself to eat.

    7am-protein shake with milk and oatmeal

    gym 8am-1030am- everyday protein shake, piece of fruit, or protein bar

    afterward another protein shake

    around 12pm-2 turkey sandwiches wheat bread and non fat cheese

    3pm-chicken or fish and a vegetable

    6pm-usually a steak or solid protein and potatoes or veggie

    8pm- PB and J sugar free jam on wheat of course with full glass of 2 percent milk

    10pm before bed-casein protein with milk


    my diet for 1.5 years has been solid!

    Quick and dirty........Have lifted most of my life off and on.....finally said i want more and started gear...had no contacts so grabbed it from a close friend....it has made me look pretty good...you guys understand...not quite good enough...have done 3 full cycles and now ready to go to the next level.

    I would love some expert imput on this cycle.....thx in advance!


    test prop-100mg a day for 12 weeks
    masterone-500mg a week for 12 weeks shots ed
    d-bol-50mg split 25 morn and night for 4 weeks
    tren 500mg a week last 5-12 weeks eod

    Sound good?

    oh and i just took my blood pressure and its kinda high 145/75.....is that the pct clomid and nolvadex?

    I'd substitute the Dbol for Var or perhaps Tbol to compliment the rest of the lean compounds you are running. Keep a prolactin drug on hand and some type of liver protection as well.

    Concerning your BP, are you currently in the middle of PCT or what?

    Thx so much for the great recommendations. I have liv 52....i have heard that is pretty good, but would certainly love other alternatives.

    i am on week 3 of a 4 week pct of:

    week 1-2 clomid 50mg nolvadex 40mg
    week 3-4 clomid 50mg nolvadex 20mg

    I have done other pct's with 100 clomid the first week but that stuff gets me pretty emotional so i took it easy this time.

    I have been looking at this site since starting cycling.....fantastic.....i am familiar with Var but dont know if i can get it.

    Other than the dbol change how does the other look and the amounts?

    I think your diet sucks man. Sorry. One of your meals is a PB and J? Really? I know you didn't post for diet advice but it's simply not in-check to the extent where cycling is worthwhile.

    Post it in the diet section if you want the risk to be worth the reward.

    i appreciate all constructive critisism. That was just a sample to give others an idea of my diet. I guess i add that to my diet cause i like um. When you work super hard at eating well pretty damn good its nice to throw in something you like. Thanks for the advice.

    The rest looks okay. I personally like to keep the duration of my 19nor's a bit shorter then the test but that's just me.

    Considering his stats, the diet must be doing something good. To be 215lbs @ 9% BF is pretty good considering his diet.

    I will agree though, He is relying on way too many shakes, not enough solid food or vegetables, and a lack of carbs and fats. This should be re-posted in the nutrition section to get critiqued over there.

    You guys are absolutely right i drink a ton of shakes and power bars cause i struggle eating that much food. i am very fortunate that it works ok and i feel like i look good although its never enough you guys know that story........i will go to the diet forum and do some research....my next cycle in about 6 weeks i will start forcing more foods down.....thx guys!

    yep, if you're gonna eat dbol 50 mg a day, then just get the calories down ya, go heavy in they gym, and eat real food, LOTS. All that other shit, like the shakes, will never take the place of real food. It just leaves me feeling hungry, it's kinda like an appetizer lol.
