Ok I understand you are only doing 1 work set per exercise every basically 11 days on a 3 day split, but I don't know how many warm-up sets are needed per exercise? what would be a good estimate for warm-up sets? 3?

What is rest pause? is that during the movement of the exercise?


and if there is any other information you can give me let me know. I think I have the basis of the training. I read the article on DC training posted by scorpio, but still didn't grasp everything.
