    Bent over rows

    I like doing them both underhand grip and overhand grip. What is better for overall back thickness?

    im not sure but i do underhand and i like it a lot better,

    Tendinitis in my elbows says underhand FTW.

    I'll even change my grip width on the overhand and row the barbell anywhere from belly to chest on different sets.
