    Is this split ok ?

    **edit shortened post
    I was thinking of condensing my split a little bit and adding in some cardio and a rest day by doing this

    Day1:Chest/Back/abs
    Day2:Arms/abs
    Day3:Legs/abs
    Off day: Cardio 45-1hour and then repeat
