My ultimate goal with PT clients is for them to be independent in thier workouts and get them to where they evolve thier own workouts and drop thier sessions to once or twice a month for just evaluation and planning. Its not an approach many take. If you're trainer hasn't changed up your workout you're basically paying someone to count your reps and tell you "lets go", "way to work" "you're doing good" If you're self motivated you should absolutley go out on your own, there are so many resources out there for people who want to learn including this board. And i always like to see another BUCKEYE succeed
